Choose a secret word for your opponent to guess. You start with 20 coins, and each letter in your word costs 1 coin. Use your remaining coins to guess letters in your opponent's word. First to reveal all letters or correctly guess the full word wins!
Shields cost 3 coins and protect one letter in your word for 4 turns. Even if your opponent guesses that letter, it won't be revealed while shielded.
Guess 3 correct letters in a row to earn 3 bonus coins. Keep the streak going to earn 1 additional coin for each subsequent correct guess!
Make sure you're signed into Game Center (check Settings > Game Center on your device). If matchmaking takes too long, try again later when more players are online, or invite a friend directly!
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Ensure iCloud is enabled for the app on all your devices. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and make sure the app has permission to use iCloud.
Please email us with a description of the bug, what you were doing when it happened, and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots are very helpful!
If you're having trouble with leaderboards, achievements, or online multiplayer, try these steps:
1. Open Settings > Game Center and ensure you're signed in
2. Close the app completely and reopen it
3. Check your internet connection
4. Restart your device if problems persist
